353rd Infantry regiment uniform identified to Ed Shields. PFC Shields was from Wisconsin and served with the 89th division in France. On November 5th, 1918 he was wounded severely by machine gun fire near Laneuville during the famous Meuse Argonne Offensive. Both the uniform and overcoat are in great condition. There is a dirt stain on the front of the uniform that could be cleaned, but otherwise it looks very nice. The overcoat is equally as nice with no visible mothing to report. The uniform features a 353rd Infantry patch with a Kansas sunflower in the center. Both pieces are identified in the interior. There is a ton of information regarding this unit's actions during WW1 in France. Price: $395
